SHIPPING POLICY

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION

Every item in our store is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be shipped, it's printed, sewn, or assembled specifically for you after you place your order. This means production takes real time before your order even ships:

Apparel (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts): typically 3 to 7 business days to produce. Accessories (hats, bottles, totes): typically 2 to 5 business days to produce. Stickers and postcards: typically 1 to 3 business days to produce. Signed books: typically 2 to 4 business days, since each copy is personally signed before it ships.

If your order includes items from more than one category, or more than one book's casefile, your full order will ship together once every item is ready, unless you contact us to request otherwise.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order leaves production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing, which is outside our control.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

A NOTE ON PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Because each item is printed individually, you may notice slight variations in color, placement, or fabric texture from one order to the next. This is a normal part of print-on-demand production and is not a defect.
